NLogic and Magnite collaborate to launch Marketplace in Video Planner

Magnite becomes the first programmatic partner to unlock the power of VAM data across linear and digital video   

Toronto, ON – September 9, 2025   

NLogic, a leading provider of audience and advertising data solutions and a subsidiary of Numeris, today announced a collaboration with Magnite (NASDAQ:MGNI), the largest independent sell-side advertising company, to launch the first marketplace within NLogic’s Video Planner. The Marketplace will provide Canadian agencies and advertisers with an enriched view of Magnite's streaming and live linear inventory, underpinned by Numeris’ Cross-Platform Video Audience dataset (VAM)—the only cross-platform video measurement solution that provides linear and digital audiences in one standardized database for smarter, more reliable video media planning.    

Video Planner’s Marketplace offers curated groups that aggregate all of Numeris’ VAM-measured streaming viewing represented by a broadcaster, publisher, DSP, or SSP. By consolidating this trusted data, Marketplaces provide a clear view of scale and reach, empowering media planners to build more effective and targeted strategies.

Marketplaces are available exclusively to broadcasters, publishers, and programmatic platforms that own, operate, or sell inventory from environments tracked in Numeris’ VAM dataset and are Video Planner subscribers. This ensures that each Marketplace reflects verified, high-quality streaming data, enabling advertisers to plan with confidence.
